Our client, a large US manufacturer of laboratory equipment, was burdened by the high licensing costs and heavy maintenance requirements of their legacy Sitecore CMS. They needed a more agile, cost-effective solution without sacrificing their existing design theme, SEO rankings, or content depth.
We executed a multi-phased migration to a Headless WordPress architecture powered by a Next.js frontend. The project included comprehensive data scraping to map all unique templates, a 1:1 phase one migration to retain SEO, and an AI integration phase allowing the marketing team to generate contextual content on the fly. Discovery & Template Mapping
