The dealership was managing complex operations—including vehicle inventory, spare parts, sales, purchases, and vendor credits/debits—using a mix of fragmented software and spreadsheets.
We engineered a unified Custom ERP. The backend, built with FastAPI (Python) and PostgreSQL, handles high-volume transactional data with extreme speed, while the Next.js frontend provides an intuitive dashboard for all dealership operations. By consolidating these disparate tools, we eliminated data silos, giving leadership a true 360-degree view of their entire business. The new system supports advanced permission models, ensuring that sales staff, mechanics, and vendors only access the data relevant to their roles.
