The last year, and in particular, the last few months are beyond comprehension. The uncertainty and fragility of life have never been as close on a mass scale. We all are trying to help our friends, families, relatives, and society.

• COVID 5 Paid Leaves

  COVID 5 paid leaves (business working days) incase, any employee gets infected (applicable year-2021).

• Oxygen Concentrators

  We have arranged a pool of 2 oxygen concentrators for our employees. In case, any employee facing such a difficult situation can contact the HR Team. (Note: One needs to submit 65K as a security deposit for the concentrator, this amount would be refunded once the concentrator is returned).

• Free RT-PCR Tests

  Free RT-PCR Tests will be done at MolQ Lab for COVID related diseases for employees, spouse, and kids (Doctor’s prescription is mandatory) and home sample collection is subject to availability of phlebotomist.

• 3 Month’s salary will be paid, if his/her spouse is working.

• 6 Month’s salary will be paid, if his/her spouse is not working and we will also help in getting the job for a spouse.

• 12 Month’s salary will be paid, in case of the demise of both parents and left with Kids.
