Project was done for a IVR Solutions company which required two way integration with SalesForce CRM.

Salesforce provides development ecosystem where third party developers can develop custom applications using Apex and Visual Force technology. Salesforce provides API’s and hooks which can be integrated to develop workflow solutions.

This case study is for a Customer which is a developer for a leading Cloud IVR Solution. IVR Solutions are heavily used by Marketing Team and field staff. Customer wanted a tight integration with Salesforce to allow click to call and inbound call recording and routing features. There was also requirement to open Customer record automatically based on incoming phone number.

Our development team worked closely with the customer to put together a solution and implementation document with screenshots and process diagram. On approval we developed the custom Salesforce solution using APEX and Visual Force technology in 8 Weeks Time frame. The product is successfully deployed at multiple locations.
