Sales users should be able to book an ad via both their desktop application through adbase or their own Salesforce account.
We have designed two solutions, one based on quote flow and the other on opportunities flow.
Every Quote in Salesforce is a potential order in the legacy system. The purpose of this application is to create a bridge between the legacy system and Salesforce.
Each sales user in Salesforce is mapped with an actual user in the legacy system. Through a custom setting tab, user can configure different profile with default settings. For sticky data an extra level of data layer caching in done in Salesforce.
Through a custom advertising section on Quote page, user can select complex print/online media products, real time price calculation and booking dates, which are fetched from the legacy system. Based on the selection, those Ads are converted into Quote line item. Once Quote is closed, won and synced as primary quote, it is booked as an actual order in the legacy system from where it goes to printing. For every Opportunity only primary Quote becomes an order in legacy system.
If Account does not exist in legacy system, then it also exports the Salesforce account to the legacy system.
It consists of intuitive UI interface with best optimized use of HTML5, CSS jquery and VF component. There is a set of WCF service exposed from legacy system which are utilized in apex to render data on different sections of the UI.
It exports Opportunity and account from Salesforce to advertising system. On specific stage change Opportunity in Salesforce, it becomes an order in the Advertising system. Salesforce account, opportunity and opportunity product are mapped with corresponding advertising systems objects. All the Advertising configurations are done through custom setting tab, through which user can configure different profiles. Advertising of sticky data is cached in SF objects, which is refreshed at midnight by setting the scheduler.
On Opportunity page it provides a custom section through which a sales user can book complex print/online products in advertising system. All the pricing and dates are fetched on real time. User can create multiple Quotes from Opportunity & Opportunity product and present different options to customers. Based on a final agreement those quotes can be synced with Opportunity and all configurations in quote is reapplied to it.
UI interface of this application is best optimized with use of HTML5, CSS jquery and VF component. To communicate with the advertising system set of .net, WCF service is used from Apex.
Localist, an Auckland based company is majorly a business directory more like a direct competitor to Yellow Pages. The company also runs an online news service with a community support for users. It helps local companies promote themselves.
Localist manages its entire business inside the Salesforce CRM platform. We provide time to time support and customization service as and when required.
As Localist runs on Salesforce, it requires customization for its products, orders, customers, bookings, billing, flow etc. Our Localist web API development and customization solution allows new orders to be placed from inside the Salesforce. This can be done using either Visual-force pages or the Company web site itself, which is not within Salesforce and is written in PHP. We create web services in Salesforce for all operations required on the web site. Based on different Order status, email services are written to send the copy of order details and invoices to customers and other contact persons. Email templates are designed through Visual-force page, html or css in order to make it intuitive. . We export data in csv file format from Salesforce and store it on that timely bases in MySQL or expose rest service for downloading those csv files. We also do data export from Salesforce to MySQL database by automating the Salesforce bulk data API with the use of .net services and java applications.

Through the Knowlus cloud telephony platform, our products allow startups, established businesses and other organizations to stay connected 24x7. They seek to unify the marketing targets and customer service campaigns of their clients through effective telephony solutions.
Knowlarity came to us with the requirement of an IVR solution provider.
Sales users use IVR. We needed to integrate their existing IVR into the Salesforce platform by directing calls via Salesforce. Akin to customer care solutions, Salesforce needs to search for free online agents when orders are received. On a priority basis, the call would get forwarded to online sales users and even they can initiate calls from within Salesforce.
Our solution integrates Knowlarity IVR Solution with Salesforce development using Open CTI ToolKit. This would enable agents to track their call records within the Salesforce environment. If an agent clicks on the phone number, API is triggered to make the call for connecting the agent to the end client. A list of rest API is exposed from Salesforce through which post call CDR and recording URL is pushed into salesforce. So any incoming call on IVR system is pushed to Salesforce in real time environment using rest API and push notification.
Using the settings tab, a user can configure IVR details. Registration to IVR system is done through a Salesforce connected app which carries out a one-time authentication to Salesforce from the IVR system.

Salesforce sends cases or leads via calls, which are in turn sent to queues. The business requirement was to arrange a set up for scheduling the pick-ups of these cases in a manner that ensures auto redirection to online sales agents, the aim being eliminating the need to manually oversee the process.
EZ Assign can help decrease the time to contact leads and cases, thereby helping you close more business and improve customer service. How we achieve this is by automatically assigning leads and cases from queues to sales and support personnel using round robin and load balanced assignment. It allows users to specify which records are assigned first. Upto thousands of records can be assigned at one given time. EZ Assign gives you the ability to specify working hours and holidays for user and also set a maximum limit for number of users.
It consists of few batches and a scheduler that can run every minute. User can configures all these settings through the settings tab. Based on the configurations a user has set, the scheduler processes records from queue in the batch and assigns them to users as per the assignment rule that is configured.
Swiftdigital is a UK based email marketing and event management company.
CRM solutions allow customers to manage a centralized database. But they are not specialized email marketing platforms. So Swiftdigital has put together that component of marketing with Salesforce CRM to ensure a consistent flow of data.

Swift event module effectively reduces administration backlogs and maintains the brand experience. Through this application we integrate Swift event module inside Salesforce through web tabs. Web campaigns are generated in Salesforce or Swift and synced. Swiftdigital event management helps manage events, campaigns, members, sending email invitations and updating status of email response.
